Elmer Spencer, 51, of Victorville was Killed in Pedestrian Accident on

VICTORVILLE, California ? Elmer Spencer, 51, of Victorville was struck and killed while walking on Hesperia Road between Center Street and Seneca Road, according to a report by the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner Department.

The driver of a 2008 Toyota Tundra was traveling northbound on Hesperia Road when they struck Spencer about 1 a.m. Paramedics responding to the scene of the crash pronounced Spencer dead on the scene of the pedestrian accident.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff?s Department is investigating this incident and is attempting to find the victim?s family because police believe he was homeless. Anyone with information about Mr. Spencer is asked to contact the Coroner?s Office at 909.387.2978.
